We're entering some of our gins for the Scottish Gin Awards for the first time. I've no idea how we'll do. They'll be announced at a dinner on Wednesday 7th October......

Perhaps part of the reason that our gins are so smooth is the music in our distillery?😂When ClassicFM isn't on we have live music!

I took a break from distilling and bottling this afternoon to have a sax quartet rehearsal with 3 of my friends beside our still. From left to right: Ewan on alto sax, Simon on alto sax, Iain on baritone sax and myself on tenor sax.

We were trying to come up with a gin/distillery related name for the group. My suggestion was "The Sax Ginsemble". If any of you can think of an imaGINative name for our sax group (gin or distillery related) then post a reply. The four of us will take a vote and the best suggestion wins a bottle of The Citrologist🥂

Time to distil that box of Key Limes that arrived a few days ago!
Why is our Key Lime Gin so fresh and zingy? Because we use fresh hand prepared Key Limes in every batch that we distil. We don't add flavours or citrus oils after distillation which are used in some other citrus gins. This gives our citrus gins a deliciously fresh and natural aroma and flavour. So refreshing on a summer evening!

Back at the distillery catching up with online orders after a very successful in Edinburgh. Thanks to everyone who came to our stand for a taster - we had lots of lovely feedback - and thanks to all those who bought our gins! We'll be at the Glasgow Foodies Festival on Friday, Saturday and Sunday so come and visit us there. Cheers 🥂🍋‍🟩
