This heat has made it tricky to choose a menu this week. 🥵
Some of you would like a ‘chilled’ dish & some have requested the good old favourites that you know & love 🫶

So, I’m going to do one of each 🙌 both full of flavour & made to order.

Good morning. Happy weekend everyone 🤗

Here’s this weeks menu 👇🏻

🌶️ A warming, delicious soup topped with chopped peanuts & chilli salt and finished with a squeeze of lime.

🌶️Meat / vegetables are simmered with potatoes in coconut milk and fragrant spices in this Thai massaman curry. Garnished with fresh herbs 🌿 and chilli.
