🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 GLA - Sebbs

Had a lil date night last week to check out Sebb’s. We had been wanting to try here for a while and had a really lovely night. Love the style and vibe of this place, very relaxed, and the food was great 👌🏼

🍆 Grilled aubergine, salsa macha & walnut crema
🎣 Tandoori trout, zhoug and hibiscus riata
🐟 Coley, padron peppers & preserved lemon mayo
🥙 Beef & lamb kofta, mango, green chilli & almonds
🍟 Spiced fries, garlic & herb aioli
🌭 DC’s texan hotlink, gold sauce, bread & butter pickles
🍨 Sebb’s sundae - strawberry with choc cookie crumble

It was all delicious - our highlights were both the fish dishes! The coley in particular was my standout 👏🏼

Still so many dishes to try so will most definitely return in the future ❣️

🇬🇧 LDN - The Breakfast Club 🍳

This page is becoming an unofficial brunch fan page at this rate 😂 but who can deny that the category of breakfast food is simply elite 👌🏼

This is a little through back from a few weeks ago when we took a quick jaunt to London. I’d been wanting to try The Breakfast Club for ages, but we were never lucky enough to get a table! Finally, our time had come 👏🏼

We went for two of their classics.
🍳 The All American w/poached eggs
🥑 Smashed Avocado w/poached eggs

It was a feast and the perfect thing to round off our trip before a day of travel 👏🏼

Dabbled in a little mid-week brunch this morning and luckily managed to nab a table at Cafe Strange Brew without waiting 😱

We went for some brunch classics 👏🏼

🍳 Turkish Eggs - my current obsession, delish!
🥑 Salmon Benedict - a classic for a reason 👌🏼

🇬🇧 LDN - 🍦☀️

On our recent ventures we absolutely had to go check out the Ice Cream Project - I wish we could have tried them all!

Firstly, we went for the flavours we were desperate to try - for me it was the Rowans Honey and Ovaltine. The Ovaltine was unreal! It was everything you would wish for 👏🏼

Next we went for Birds Custard and the Chocolate Hobnob’s - again, delightful! The Hobnob in particular was amazing 👌🏼

We couldn’t not try some more alternative flavours - so after much debate we went for Bisto and Sriracha 🌶️ - both taste EXACTLY as you’d expect! Definitely a challenge but not horrible. The Bisto as so savoury, and the Sriracha was super spicy! So glad we gave them a go 😂

Had the most delightful little bank holiday brunch at Papercup in Motherwell yesterday.

Absolutely love having this place as my local 👏🏼 coffee is always spot on and the food is fantastic!

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 GLA - Errol’s 🍕

This was hands down the best pizza I have EVER had - easily takes the crown for best pizza in Glasgow 👌🏼

We got their classic margarita, and the Errol - both were simply delicious! Sided with their Caesar dip, it was sheer pizza perfection 🤤

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 GLA - Ziques 🍽️

Finally made my way to this classic Partick brunch spot - it lived up to the hype! Great food, service and vibes 👌🏼

🍳 Shakshuka, baked eggs, smoked yoghurt, sweet harrisa, toasts with black pudding - delish!

🍳 Sobrasada, poached eggs, hollandaise, mixed leaves - had never had sobrasada before, it was a delight 👏🏼

We were very excited to try out one of Glasgows newest ventures at The Clarence, and it did not disappoint.

They do a fantastic 3 course menu for £35pp - amazing value for the calibre and quality of food they’re producing 👌🏼

The Chicken Kyiv and Sole Grenibloise were off the scale delicious! The Mussel starter also packed a hell of a punch 👏🏼 genuinely loved every course!

100% recommend, loved the overall vibe and atmosphere this place - right up my street ❣️

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 GLA - Maki & Ramen 🥢

First ramen of 2025 and it had to be a jaunt to for their black garlic tonkatsu 🍜

I mean… just look at that char siu, and that jammy egg! I pimped mine by basically dumping an entire order of kimchi on top of this bad boy - highly recommend if you’re a kimchi fiend like myself 😂

I’ve been a bit MIA on the old insta in 2024, lost my mojo with everything - so apologies if there’s been missed messages. Fresh start! Roll on 2025 👏🏼🍴

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 GLA - Smokey Trotters Kitchen 🍔

Had the best afternoon sauntering around and then popped into Smokey’s. I’d had their stuff before many moons ago back at so I was super excited to finally get to their Barras location! It was so so good 🤤

🍔 The Dirty Dipper - cheeseburger with haggis, pepper mayo, peppercorn sauce and crispy onions 👌🏼 (just look at that dippage!)
🥒 Frickles - deeelightful fried pickles!
🍟 Nae Kissin Loaded Fries - cajun, garlic butter and garlic mayo 🤭
