Taking place on 1st May 2026, this special evening showcases a seasonal 5-course menu celebrating lamb in all its forms—paired with inventive flavours, house ferments, and signature hot sauces. Expect dishes that balance fire, acidity, and richness, from black sesame sourdough with smoked butter to coal-finished lamb rump with wild garlic and coffee ghost hot sauce, ending on a refined dark chocolate and rhubarb dessert.
With two sittings available at 5:30pm and 8:00pm, this intimate pop-up is designed for those who appreciate creative cooking, bold seasoning, and thoughtfully sourced ingredients.
