When Americans try your banana pudding, it's always a little nerve-racking... 😅🍌

These lovely ladies were visiting Scotland and got sent our way by the legendary , who insisted they had to try SpoonMe UK

Being from the Southern US, they know exactly what banana pudding should taste like. So when they both did a double take after that first spoonful, I knew we were onto something 👀

They tried our OG Banana Pudding and Tiramisu Banana Pudding and, well...

Let's just say one of them claimed it was better than her granny's

I take no responsibility for any family arguments that may follow 😂❤️

I don't speak a word of Polish, so I've absolutely no idea what these lovely ladies were saying 😂🇵🇱

What I do know is one was eating Sticky Toffee Banana Pudding, the other was tucking into Cherry Amaretto Crumble & Custard, and neither seemed keen to stop

Sometimes food speaks for itself ❤️🥄

I jokingly asked if she'd travelled all the way from Bradford just for banana pudding... 😅🍌

She hadn't (thankfully), but while visiting Glasgow and The Barras she heard about SpoonMe UK through The Barras Instagram and had to come and see what all the fuss was about

Having already tried the famous Magnolia Bakery banana pudding in New York, she knew what a good banana pudding should taste like

The anticipation nearly finished me as she tried to get the first spoonful loaded up... but when she finally did? 👀
Wide eyes. Big grin. A very enthusiastic "wow"

Safe to say, we both agreed it was pretty amazing 💖🥄

These two Glaswegian legends had never tried banana pudding before, but their pals told them they HAD to come to SpoonMe UK 🍌🥄

There was a terrifying silence while they took a few spoonfuls and honestly… I was SWEATING waiting on the verdict 😂

Then came:
“WOW”
