🚶♂️ One mile a day. 31 days. A cause that matters. 💙
This May, I’m challenging myself to walk a mile every single day to raise money for dementia support and research. It might sound small, but every step is for the millions of people and families affected by this cruel condition.
Some days will be easy. Some days… not so much. But that’s kind of the point. Because for those living with dementia, the challenges don’t come and go — they’re there every day.
