This Wednesday and Thursday, you’ll find us at the Lincolnshire Show, and we can’t wait.

As one of the biggest events in the county’s calendar, the show is a fantastic celebration of Lincolnshire food, farming, and rural life — and we’re proud to be part of it.

We’ll be bringing along our full range of dressings and marinades, plenty of samples to try, recipe inspiration, and lots of ideas for making summer eating simple, fresh, and full of flavour.

Whether you’re looking for a new favourite dressing, something different for the barbecue, or just fancy a chat about food, we’d love you to stop by and say hello.

A few weeks ago we were talking about salads and sunshine... this week we’ve had rain, wind, and in some places even a bit of sleet! 🌨️😳

But the good news is that the forecast is finally looking brighter for the weekend, which means there’s only one thing for it...

🔥 Dust off the BBQ and get the marinades ready!

✨ Friday night tip: Work smarter, not harder in the kitchen.

As the weekend begins, here are three easy ways we use our Aromatic Italian Marinade to make meals quicker, tastier, and a lot less stressful:

🍗 Marinate once, eat twice
Cook chicken in the marinade tonight and use leftovers tomorrow in wraps, salads, or sandwiches.

🥔 Upgrade your roast veg
Toss potatoes, peppers, courgettes, or onions in the marinade before roasting. It adds instant flavour with no extra ingredients needed.

🥗 Use it as a dressing too
The beauty of Aromatic Italian is that it works as both a marinade and a dressing. Drizzle it over warm roasted vegetables and rocket for an easy weekend lunch.
