Slow cooked sticky sausages with mash and peas ππ
8 Lincolnshire sausages (use your preferred)
1 red onion π§
100g marmalade
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp garlic granules π§
Salt and pepper to taste π
Cook the sausages for five mins in a frying pan then chop up and place in the slow cooker, place all the other ingredients into the slow cooker and cook on low for 5/7 hours, during the last hour take off the lid to let the sauce thicken serve with mash and peas π€€π€€
For our mash we add butter,milk,cheese,garlic granules,basil π€€π€€
