In celebration of the Campaign for Real Ale's Mild Month in May, Phil is brewing a novel Mild, MAD CAP MILD, expected to be around 4.2% abv with a light copper colour contrasting to the normal dark.

We are in the process of brewing a beer for the Lincoln Beer Festival. Below are a few videos showing stages of the mash in. The mash tun's full capacity suggests that this will be a robust beer.
