Saturday = Hitchin Food Festival!

I’m so excited to be part of it and will be bringing along all your favourite Austrian treats — because life is simply too short to say no to cake!

And there’s more… it’s Sourdough September! So if the thought of a crusty, freshly baked loaf makes your taste buds do a little happy dance, make sure you reserve yours!

Austrian chocolate Sachertorte for a special little lady.

It was almost too hot to bake these beauties… but we braved the heat and managed to make 5 loaves of our granary multiseed sourdough. Fresh, hearty, packed with seeds and ready for your weekend breakfast. ❤️

We’ll have them with us tomorrow (Saturday) at Hitchin Market — but with only 5 loaves, you’ll need to be quick!
