Chilli Jam #1 - Scotch Bonnet, Smoked Garlic & Ginger
Ingredients:
Big red ripe vine tomatoes
Red & yellow bell peppers
Vibrant & delicious red scotch bonnets
Some red & orange long finger chilli's
Smoked garlic
Fresh root ginger
Cider vinegar
Glugs of rich & fruity ruby port
Nam Pla fish sauce
Sugar
Salt

Given time, inspiration & further thought will develop more flavours from my hard worked pot and make way closer toward your face....
