Bank holiday cooking about to kick off!

Huge thanks to my good friend Steve .with.attitude who picked up this stunning Denby cast iron casserole pot and these beautiful mugs at the Denby Factory Store in Derbyshire and dropped them off. Absolute legend! 😄
Today they're being christened with an Ottolenghi inspired Moroccan Lamb & Apricot Tagine — slow cooked using his incredible Pomegranate, Rose & Preserved Lemon Harissa paste. Two and a half hours. Cannot wait. 😄
