Isn’t it crazy how much is sold to us as ‘healthy’?!

Don’t get me wrong, these foods aren’t the worst things you can put in your body, it’s just interesting how the UPF industry has somehow convinced us to want to a buy a vegetable crisp instead of a vegetable, a protein bar instead of filling your plate with enough natural protein, or a quick smoothie instead of a piece of fruit.

At CarysCooks, the aim is to focus on the whole foods themselves before anything else, building out meals you actually enjoy and that satisfy you. You don’t have to be eating UPFs to enjoy what you eat 🤎
