My passion for food started from an early age, cooking alongside my father at home. 15 years ago I decided to turn this passion into a career and since then I've run the kitchens of rosette restaurants and bib gourmand gastropubs across the south of England. I'm a creative and imaginative chef, obsessed with all things seasonal. Creating bespoke menus is something I love to do, as it gives me a chance to personalise your meal based on seasonality and things that you love to eat. So, whether you’re planning a special dinner for your partner, family or friends, let me take care of the cooking and help you organise something really special.
