After 3 incredible months, it’s time to say a premature goodbye to Leopard 😢
In the short time we’ve been open we’ve had a blast. We’ve been truly humbled by your support and feedback. We can’t thank you all enough.
So what’s happened?! We had a complaint from one of our neighbours that has reported us to planning permission. From the start we’ve tried to keep everything as unobtrusive as possible, but some neighbours just can’t be pleased and will do anything to cause misery.
This was a big blow to us as planning in these circumstances is a very grey area, and will only be investigated if a complaint is made. After talking to planning advisors, the whole process seems like a minefield that we simply don’t have the time to navigate whilst still making pizzas and working on our other jobs. We’re currently speaking to more advisors, but planning backlog can be months long.
So yes, for the time being this week will be our last week operating! If you haven’t ordered yet Thursday to Saturday may be your last chance!
