We make small-batch infused honeys, balsamic vinegars, olive oils, finishing salts and sugars in Burneside, inspired by the Lake District.

Each batch is handcrafted with carefully selected ingredients, creating distinctive flavours for everyday cooking, sharing and gifting. Our Raspberry Infused Honey received a Great Taste 2026 one-star award.

One star at Great Taste 2026 🏅🍯

We’re delighted that our Raspberry Infused Honey has received a one-star Great Taste award in our first year of trading.

The judges praised its “true raspberry flavour”, careful balance and versatility, calling the result “delicious”.

Made in small batches in the Lake District with acacia honey and raspberries, it’s bright, gently tart and not overly sweet.

Breakfast, but better 🫐🍯

A drizzle of Blackberry Infused Honey turns creamy yoghurt, granola and fresh berries into something a little special.

Our small-batch honey combines mellow acacia honey with dark, fruity blackberry notes. It’s also lovely on porridge, pancakes or warm buttered toast.
