Second night catering for The Pennine Spring Music Festival… Italian 🇮🇹 night tonight
So busy I only managed one photo of the Tomato Caprese.
The rest of the menu consisted of meat and veggie pasta dishes…. A lemon, rocket, pine nut and Parmesan salad and rosemary and Seasalt focaccia.

First night catering for the lovely bunch at Pennine Spring Music festival yesterday. I’ll be catering for the choir and orchestra all week. Lunches delivered earlier in the day then back to serve evening meals.
