This summer has been one to remember. The hot spells, the drought, hauling water, shearing sheep at 9pm, buying in hay to feed animals that should have been eating grass!, escaping sheep, new routines and babies!!!

Lots of babies!!

This year we had a bumper crop of lambs. The highland ladies gave us a sweep of beautiful calves and we settled into July where we welcomed our own new Baby O. This was to be the end of the deliveries but apparently, it would seem two of our heifers had other plans!.

Brownie points awarded if you can tell me who dad is 😂 they always say the grass is greener on the other side …

This month we have fresh hogget back on the menu!

Moroccan hogget tagine, hogget kebabs, Indian hogget curry- the possibilities are endless!!!

🚗Hogget boxes will be ready for delivery Saturday the 22nd of August. 🚗

Each half box contains exactly one half of the animal and will fill a standard freezer drawer. Expect a variety of joints and cuts.

📦Half box £80 or £160 whole📦

🚗Lamb boxes will be ready for delivery Saturday the 24th of January. There are options for a standard half box of lamb, large half box of lamb or whole lamb. 🚗

Each half box contains exactly one half of the animal and will fill a standard freezer drawer. Expect a variety of joints and cuts.
