And finally, introducing our red wine called Astral, inspired by the inky night sky and the stars. Our regent red wine has a herbaceous nose and has dark ruby red colour. A dry fragrant wine with autumnal fruits and black cherries and an aftertaste of liquorice and spice.

Introducing Celestial Light, our new English sparkling white inspired by the early dawn light. Aged on the lees for 4 years, a dry to medium sparking white with a touch of brioche overlaying citrus fruits, melon, elderflower, and a sweet bitter orange aftertaste.
