Post workout gym demo today at Hull Yoga Pilates & Fitness Studio

I made a 30 second Protein Smoothie and a salad that was all chopped in less than 10 seconds 🤩

And of course I took along some savoury and sweet treats 🤤

Treat box for the girls dance teachers 🤤

Prep time for all 5 items was 60 minutes, and while one lot was baking the Thermomix was cleaning itself ready for the next recipe 💪🏼

Not only does the Thermomix make the prepping and cooking easier it also has a cleaning mode so no more soaking and scrubbing pans after making a meal 👍🏻
