It’s been a busy summer here are some of our photos. We love creating bespoke menus for all our clients from canapés to both fully served or buffet style menus homemade deserts and evening delicious birthday cakes we also can cater for barbecues and Big Pan cooking for day time or evening food. We catered for a lovely wedding at the stunning Tawstock Court consisting of Canapés then a three course meal of either Scallops or Chicken Liver Pate, Asparagus stuffed Chicken Breast with a creamy white wine sauce or Pan Fried Sea Bass with Samphire, a vegetarian option of Tomato and Goats Cheese Starter and a Wild Mushroom Risotto parcel with a creamy Mushroom sauce. Lovely review from wedding at Hallsannery this weekend where we served canapés a family style barbecue with salads and a trio@of sumptuous desserts. Lovely working with suppliers Gatehouse Trailer Bar again. We just wanted to say thank you to you and your team and all your hard work at our wedding 16th.

A group of University friends had a get together at Hallsannery and we had the pleasure of catering for them. Another bespoke menu created for the groups tastes.
