Mostly all the Restaurants make a generic base so they can fast produce multiple dishes in an instant.

Each authentic curry should be cooked from scratch using different spices and techniques so each had its unique flavour.

That’s what we do. That is why we require a min of 24 hours notice. We cook curry’s that most Asian people cook at home. The flavour profile is much more complex and the taste is much richer.

A birthday party for 45 people in slough. The Maharaja’s tandoor chicken marinated for 24 hours in our handmade sauce along with trays of our freshly made crispy and crunchy papri chaat.

Fresh boneless chicken biryani and the Maharaja’s Rich decadent lamb karahi with hot tandoor nan breads. Sauces and salads ❤️
