Simply tell us spicy / not spicy, meat / veggie, specific likes / dislikes and any other allergies, and we`ll drop off 4 lovely Fussy Chef cooked frozen meals to you for only £20 - simply defrost and reheat thoroughly when you`re ready to not cook!

Or order 4 meals from the regular Menu for only £25 - and check out what`s new............................ all delicious and carefully tested on friends and family before we add to the menu! :-)

Trial afternoon. Bought GF Shortbread is vile. Time to try out a recipe from a well known GF 'cook', published, and, assume, lady that has an incredible PR Team. Results shown? Much like her other recipes I have tried. Disappointing and nothing like promised, have a couple of shortbread fingers, plenty of bits and a lot of crumb, and, that is after I extended cook time, increased oven temp. Got to be honest though... tastes good. Work in progress....

Yes, it is spicy, ( dont eat the chillies if you want less heat) team it with a mushroom matar bhajee, basmati, fresh chutney, mango chutney, raita? You have a feast.

Working on menus for a Private Chef booking. I think best when I am in the kitchen doing something repetitive. Hand rolling my Swedish Meatballs certainly fits 'repetitive'. Lots of ideas and, something proper yum for my meal stocks (and our dinner). Win win.

Real Kung Po is 100 miles from that. Yes, it does have some chilli- enough for a gentle warmth, and, sweet and sour is part of the sauce, but, just the beginning. Allergens- soy, sesame.

Can't have isn't something I accept
Colour isn't right yet - still hot, it turns that rich glossy brown in a week.
My adapted Mushroom Ketchup, few tweaks, few more ingredients.... job done. Now I just need to figure out scrambled egg for a Full English.
