We’re building a polished, service-led team for a premium restaurant & bar experience — and we’re recruiting:

🍸 BAR STAFF
Cocktail experience ideal (or the confidence to learn fast). You’ll be shaking, stirring, serving, stocking, keeping the bar immaculate, handling payments, and delivering standout guest service — the full bar role, done properly.

🍽️ WAITING STAFF + RUNNERS
Warm, professional, and quick on your feet. You’ll be greeting guests, taking orders, running food & drinks, clearing/resetting, maintaining a pristine floor, supporting the team during busy service, and ensuring every table gets a smooth, high-end experience — all the usual front-of-house duties.

We’re looking for:
✅ Friendly & confident people with great standards
✅ Reliable, punctual, team-first attitude
✅ Calm under pressure in a busy, quality-focused environment
