Really felt for Jayne & Gav when they got married only to find out they never even got a piece of their own wedding cake I made which is Cegin’s profile picture.

So today I made a mini cake so they would at least get to have a couple of pieces each.

Nowhere as near as fancy as the original wedding cake, but it will defo taste the same.

Two beautiful people ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I want to share this as this restaurant is absolutely beautiful as are the people who run it.

The Belvedere Italian Restaurant at 85 Wrexham Street in Mold is owned and operated by Gaetano Sciarrillo and his family.

It opened in 1987 as the first Italian restaurant in Mold and it has been run as a long-standing family trattoria by Gaetano and his wife, with service often provided by their family members especially their granddaughter.

The property had been put up for sale on rightmove after being ran by them for 40yrs.

However younger family have now decided to take over the business and not only run it as a booked table business but also as a new takeaway business.

The food here is phenomenal and the restaurant has only opened from Thursday to Saturday which at times made it extremely difficult to book a table as it became so popular.

The interior is small but so quaint and traditionally Italian. 🇮🇹

The food however and hospitality is exquisite.

Don’t hesitate to order you certainly will not be disappointed. We are as excited as thdm for their new experience.

My favourite and I love it is their seafood & spaghetti.

If there is something you would like and it’s not on their takeaway menu then ask. They are so accommodating.

Thought I would share this with you all. The food at the Belvedere is phenomenal. A real taste of Italy 🇮🇹 down Wrexham Street in Mold.

Having eaten here lots of times I’ve yet to find an Italian restaurant that offers such a family orientated business.

Food love, compassionate, empathy, and the most excellent service like you are one of the family.

I wish them every future success with operating the business as an Italian takeaway and hosting dining events.

They have been so successful and this will definitely be the major making of them.

The legacy will continue throughout every generation of the family.

A truly beautiful small family business not commercialised and offering every meal from the heart.

Love you all loads offering a true taste of Italy 🇮🇹❤️ x x

As usual a few trays of beautiful sandwiches made for Y Ffordd held at the Church of St Mary’s, Ysceifiog.

If you would like to join them it is the 1st Wednesday of every month.

Each month is dedicated to happenings within our world and watching beautiful videos created about as such. Then there are speakers who read passages throughout the evening connecting with every part of the video.

Refreshments are served free of charge of beautiful soups, sandwiches and delicious cakes.

There is a box for donations and all of this is donated back into the church.

Barbara Hearty is the heart among this along with others who support the village. This lady is absolutely phenomenal. Shes no spring chicken but as shes involved in so much community spirited events shes appears so youthful. She offers a wonderful service to society and puts many to shame.

But she is one heck of a beautiful lady who offers so much back into her village along with committing herself to another 2 of Y Ffordd evenings in Flint Church.

It's in the church in the high street. St Mary's and St David's. 2nd Tuesday of every month at 7-30pm.

If you want to come along either to Ysceifiog or Flint you are more than welcome.

Each month is something different but always a happening to many peoples hearts,

So would be lovely to see you there.

We had a busy bee day today. More pictures but I forgot to get all of them. Today was a celebration of day for Amy & Friends.

They support children/young people/families/carers suffering from DNA repair disorders in childhood, including Cockayne Syndrome (CS), Trichothiodystrophy (TTD). Their mission statement “We are committed to improving the lives of individuals affected by DNA repair disorders in childhood, with compassion and through a family centred approach. With our network of dedicated staff, volunteers and expert medical professionals, we provide practical and emotional support, information, and education whilst promoting and engaging with groundbreaking research in the UK and internationally”.

We made 8 trays of assorted cupcakes, school cake carrot cake and help of Emma Claire's cake House for the support making all the brownies for me because I never say no then get inundated with orders.

We also had a charity buffet on and a free hamper made for Shotton Football Club who are desperately raising funds to buy kit, goal posts and other equipment & a free afternoon tea for two to put in their raffle.
