Let us take care of the trimmings this Christmas!

We're bringing back our Christmas sides for 2026, with some extra festive favourites.

Freshly prepared, with a chef's touch, ready for you to reheat at home while your roast is resting. Less time in the kitchen, more time enjoying Christmas 🥂

🎄 £18 per person (minimum 2 people)

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

🥔 Rosemary & Garlic Roast Potatoes – Fluffy centres, crispy edges, rosemary, roasted garlic and sea salt.

🥕 Honey & Thyme Glazed Carrots & Parsnips – Roasted with honey, fresh thyme and a touch of orange.

🌿 Sage, Onion & Chestnut Stuffing – Traditional stuffing with roasted chestnuts and cranberries.

🥓 Pigs in Blankets – Pork sausages wrapped in smoked bacon with a honey and wholegrain mustard glaze.

🥬 Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta & Brown Butter – Roasted sprouts, crispy pancetta and nutty brown butter.

🍎 Slow-Braised Red Cabbage – Red cabbage with apple, warming Christmas spices and a splash of our own infused Christmas spiced vinegar.

🧀 Mature Cheddar Cauliflower Cheese – Rich Cheddar and mustard sauce, finished with a golden cheese crust.

🍷 Rich Turkey & Port Gravy – Proper roasted turkey stock, port and plenty of flavour.

Welcome to Flockton Water tower (Angela Hudson) 😍

A truly unique venue and an instant talking point!

With stunning, 360° views, guests were able to make the absolute most of the beautiful Autumn sun and its gorgeous lighting last night.

A return visit for us. It's always a pleasure to create in this kitchen.



We selected a number of wines to accompany this tasting menu; elevating the experience and complementing the seasonal flavours.

This was a full service event with the most welcoming group. It was a privilege to be a part of the occasion.

Yes, full service means we also covered breakfast 🍓 A selection of morning delights to get everyone ready for the day ahead.



We love a bread course!

Whilst it's important to remember the wise words of your grandma, "don't fill-up on bread", we also know it's positively irresistible. So, there's always extra, and if you're really good, we'll leave you some for the morning 😉
