To all my customers, friends and the cycling community who have supported me over the last 3 years. The time has now come to unfortunately close the doors at Dore’s Kitchen at the end of this month.

July 7th marks 3 years to the day of trading here in High Roding, I’ve thought long and hard to come to this decision. I’ve had an amazing, successful and hard working 3 years which has given me experience not just as a business owner but also a person and feel like I have grown with you all, I have made many friends and will keep you all close to my heart.

Dore’s Kitchen has now made its natural progression, making a path through the ‘new normal’ and now I feel like it’s time for me to give the keys back and focus more of having a balance. One positive thing the pandemic has given me was time, time to reflect and most of all time with my friends & family. This is by no means the end of Russell and my knives, it’s what I do. It’s my passion, my love and my art…you will not be getting rid of me that easily.

I will be sorry to close the doors for the last time on Saturday 31st July but I’m ready for my next chapter.

Please stay a follower on this page to be kept informed of my future plans. Thank you so much for your understanding, kindness, support and most importantly custom over the past 3 years, the Kitchen is a real community.
