New ‘Eurostar Very Strong Flour’ is a high protein (13% min) ‘00’ wheat flour produced using a blend of Canadian and European wheat’s – which have a naturally higher protein level than wheat grown in the UK. This means that it is not necessary to add extra gluten to the milling process to achieve the high protein and gluten strength needed for high quality bread, pizzas and pasta - unlike so many of the bread and retail flours that are available on the supermarket shelves today.
