It's been a very busy summer for us as a business and as a family.

We haven't been on the socials a lot simply due to us being here, there and everywhere.

The kids were on various camps, the trailer was in Inverness and Kinross and we also catered for a week long event in Aviemore without the trailer.

Next up is the seaboard Gala this Saturday. We'll be there from 11am until 9pm, unless we sell out beforehand.

It'll be a simple menu. Come and have your Biadh Blasta.

We've had a number of people asking us what the exciting news is.... we're still not ready to announce it.

But, if you find the trailer, take a picture of it's location and share it around - it might give you and others a clue to what we're going to tell you.

Hello All!

We'll be in Inverness, Falcon square this coming Saturday! We're serving our exciting and hugely popular Gourmet Toasties and our Loaded Fries. There'll also be our Smash Burgers too.

After this the trailer parks up for a few weeks as we've other commitments.

We've not forgotten to that we've got some exciting news to share with you... coming very soon....

Wow!!!!

5 days, average 5 hours sleep per night, but Magnitude is finished for another year. Thank you to all who came to our little trailer.

The last night was a fun night trying to run down stock - ended up serving fried Brioche buns using the fillings from our hugely popular Toasties.

Good meeting our new friends at Chick Kings , The Wee Pink , , Mission Aviation Fellowship among many others. Thank you for keeping us fed, iced and suitably caffeined.

Special thanks to Alba transportation solutions for delivering the trailer from Alness to Kinross and back again.

And also thanks Mustard Seed Coffee Shop for letting us use the facilities to clean our dishes at 11.30 at night.

It's been a blast.

Next up is Falcon Square in Inverness on Saturday 1st August.....

Day 2 of .

No photos yet as we've been either serving food or eating when we have 2 minutes free.

Its our biggest event in almost a year, with around 3000 people at a 5 day event.

Not quite half way through. Looking forward to a busy 3 days ahead.....

You've not heard from us in such a long time.

We've had a busy family life with school holidays starting, and recovering from the marathon Alness Gala.

But this week we're outside of the Highlands for the first time and we're based at Magnitute in Kinross.

We're here for the full duration of the event. Tell your friends or family that may be going to the event to come and say hello.

When we come back we've got some really exciting news to share with you all......

Over the next couple of weeks, we're having some time off the trailer - still working, but just not with the trailer. We have no set events in Ross shire in the diary.

Next month sees us leaving the Highlands for the first time to an event in Kinross.

The month after, we're scheduled to be in Inverness a couple of times, and also catering without the trailer at an event near Aviemore.

We have lots of gaps in our diary and we'd be delighted to cater for any events, parties or celebrations.

We're also open to any discussions for permanently parking somewhere.
