Roast beef with Lorelish Zucchini Mustard relish glaze recipe
1kg beef roast
1/4 cup Lorelish Zucchini Mustard relish
1/3 cup Shiraz
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Bake at 160 C for 2.5 hours basting as you go. Add a little water if required. Serve with the glaze as a sauce.

Why not try a quick Lorelish marmalade caramelised sausage and veg tray bake. Serves 4
8 BBQ beef sausage
1 cup each diced carrot, sweet potato, pumpkin, 1/2 cup sliced leek. Toss with 1/2 cup marmalade, 2 tablespoon olive oil and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Bake 30 minutes moderate oven.
Add 2 cups diced greens
Bake further 20 minutes
Serve and enjoy

McShane’s Produce has grown Zucchini, Gold Squash and chilli among many other commodities for over 32 years.
For years I have made the Zucchini Mustard Relish for the enjoyment of our family. One of our beautiful daughters decided to have the Zucchini Mustard Relish as their Bonbonerie for their wedding. So it began. Enjoy with wine and cheese or simply open the lid and dip.
