Whats on the dinner table tonight?
We are having venison mince lasagne. Normally we use beef mince but venison is a nice change 🙂

Good morning . The Shack is fully stocked again. We have some lovely loin in 6 inch strips, these are ideal for cutting into medallion steaks and flash frying or roasting.
