Following an exciting start to the day, we have a superb butchery demonstration at 11am, with Gary Raeburn on Sunday and Gavin McIntosh on Monday.
Just in time to build up an appetite for lunch, at 12pm both days, Chef Ross Cochrane will turn the result of Gavin's skilful butchery into one of his sense filling, mouth-watering meals.
At 1pm on the Sunday, we have 'The Kilted Chef' Craig Wilson to demonstrate his fabulous cooking, followed by north east's popular fish expert of Amity and Trawlermen TV programme Jimmy Buchan, who will be cooking up a fishy dishy at 2.15pm on Sunday and 1pm on Monday.
The wonderful Chef Catriona Frankitti will finish both days off with a cooking demonstration using Scottish produce, much of which, will be available to buy from producers who are exhibiting in the EQ food and drink pavilion.
