Friends, the time has come… to introduce Lynmohr of Nether Aquithie's newest venture, and outlet for our fabulous rare-breed pork, The Principled Pig.

Please, please check out our website. It's not the best website (I'm way better at raising pigs than I am at web design, it would seem!!) but it does explain what we're up to.

We'll have some lovely Berkshire rare-breed pork coming available in the next few weeks - so do get in touch to see what we can do for you. A big thank you to everyone who has shown an interest in our Lynmohr of Nether Aquithie eggs, and in particular to those who've placed regular orders. An equally big apology to those who we've had to turn away - we only have a small flock and our poor girls can only lay so many..! But please, if anyone would still like eggs, please let us know - and you'll be at the top of the list when we expand our flock.

First earlies in, and doing their thing…

Lady Christl - a first-class new potato with a creamy, buttery texture and taste. Awarded the coveted RHS Award of Garden Merit.

Red Duke of York - one of the few red skinned new potatoes. Introduced to the UK in 1942, helping with the war effort. Great flavour and looks (if you're into that sort of thing…)

Seed potatoes grown in Perth… keeping those food miles down!
