Halibut is an endangered species, at Gigha Halibut we lovingly hand rear our fish, feeding them an organic diet in the clear Atlantic waters on the Scottish Island of Gigha. Our unique land based system ensures we are able to take the greatest care of our fish, offering delicious top quality halibut, produced sustainably and therefore protecting the precious stocks of wild halibut.
