📣 GOODY BOX UPDATE! 📣

Well, y'all... I just finished getting the first round of Father's Day treat boxes packed and ready to go, and then I took a look at what was left on the shelves. 😳

The official inventory count is... 12 slices.

Total. 🍰😂

As much as I love opening the Goody Box, 12 slices isn't really enough stock to justify opening today, especially with Father's Day collections still underway.

So here's the plan:

🧁 Today (Friday) — Father's Day treat box collections only.
👩‍🍳 I'll be spending the day baking, restocking, and getting everything ready for a proper Goody Box opening.

🎉 Tomorrow (Saturday) — The Goody Box will reopen at 9:00 a.m. and, because it's Father's Day weekend, I'll be extending the hours right through until 9:00 p.m.

That means you'll be able to:
✅ Collect Father's Day orders
✅ Pick up goodies for Dad
✅ Grab a few treats for yourself (because quality control is important 😉)

Thank y'all for keeping me busy enough to nearly wipe out the shelves before Father's Day weekend even begins. I appreciate every single one of you! ❤️

📣 IT'S WEDNESDAY... WHICH MEANS IT'S THURSDAY MARKET EVE! 📣

We're still knee-deep in baking, mixing, packing, and generally creating delicious chaos getting ready for tomorrow's market! 🧁💨

The menu will be a little abbreviated this week as we're focusing on all those Father's Day goodies, but you can still expect to find plenty of favourites, including:

It's Father's Day, it's my 56th birthday, and this birthday girl is officially taking the day off! 🎂🥳💕

So if you'd like to wish me a happy birthday, feel free to pop a card through the post box... but please don't come looking for treats because there won't be anybody home! 😘

One of the unexpected perks of being married to a man who’s obsessed with 3D printing? My bakery is slowly turning into the most organized workspace I've ever had! 😂

While I'm over here covered in flour and sugar, my husband is busy designing and printing all sorts of gadgets that make my life easier.

My absolute favourite right now? The measuring spoon and measuring cup holders he designed and mounted inside my kitchen cabinet. 🥰

No more rummaging through drawers. No more hunting for the one tablespoon that has somehow wandered off. Everything has a home, I can see it all at a glance, and it makes my little baker's heart ridiculously happy.

Squee! 🎉

My second favourite has to be the piping bag holders. They let me keep my chosen piping tips right in the base while I'm working, and everything comes apart for easy cleaning afterwards. Absolute game changer. 🧁

He's also made storage caddies for my whisks, spatulas, rolling pins, and other baking tools, so I can finally get them out of random totes and actually have everything organized. And the compartment caddies for cookie decorating supplies are brilliant for keeping all those tiny tools where they're supposed to be. 🍪

Honestly, having a 3D printer in the house has opened up a whole new world of custom organization. If you've ever looked at a cupboard, drawer, craft room, workshop, or baking station and thought, "I wish I had something that did exactly this," chances are we can probably design it and print it.
