✨Sound Bath at Sandling ✨

Take a moment for yourself and come along to a deeply relaxing sound bath session with crystal bowls and chimes...

Held every other Thursday at Sandling
Village Hall, this is your space to slow down, switch off, and reset whether it's your first time or you're returning for more calm.

Come alone or bring friends, everyone is welcome 🤍

Sound baths work by using soothing vibrations that help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, ease tension, and bring the body back into balance.

It's a beautiful way to unwind, clear your mind, and reconnect with yourself.

Not just a feeling... actual proof. ✨

One of my lovely clients shared her Oura ring reading for how she felt before due in and after her massage...
