The freezer snack of the summer has arrived 🍓🫐
Our Frozen Berry Weetabix Yoghurt Bark is creamy, crunchy and so easy to make!

Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
400g thick Greek yoghurt (or high-protein yoghurt)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 Weetabix biscuits
(1 crushed into the mix, 1 broken into visible chunks for topping)
100g mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries) (ensure they are washed)
1 tbsp nut butter
Method:
In a bowl, mix the Greek yoghurt with and vanilla until smooth.
Crush 2 Weetabix biscuits and fold ¾ of it through the yoghurt.
Line a tray with baking paper and spread the mixture into an even layer (around 1–2cm thick).
Drizzle with nut butter over the yogurt and swirl through. Scatter over the remaining crushed weetabix and sliced berries.
Freeze for 3–4 hours or until fully solid.
Break into shards and serve straight from the freezer.
Consume within 2 months from the freezer.
