Is it just me, or does September 1st make autumn feel like it’s officially begun? 🍂🎃

The moment the calendar flips, I suddenly want snug jumpers, darker evenings, candles, blankets, books… and something warm in a ridiculously big mug ☕️

And naturally, Pumpkin Spice Pancakes tea makes its return. 🥞🍂 A sweet, buttery cinnamon blend made for those first proper cosy days — like a little hug in a mug.

There are some foods you eat politely. And then there are foods that make you elicit very joyful noises 😂

These little keto chocolate cubes are firmly in the second category 😋

They're made by a friend of mine, and every time I bite into one, I'm reminded of what chocolate used to taste like — deep, dense, intensely chocolatey and completely moreish!

Add fresh strawberries and a cup of Jammy French Toast and you've got one of my favourite little tea-time pairings. 🍓🍫☕

Because sometimes a cup of tea isn't just a drink. It's an excuse to sit down with something ridiculously good.

I’ve just made the last batch of my best-selling blend before SaChasi takes its little pause.

And looking at it like this, I think I’m going to miss making it 🥹

A proper Yorkshire breakfast tea, scattered with freeze-dried strawberries, rosehip, hibiscus, pink cornflowers and calendula, with those buttery, malty, fruity notes that make it taste like a cosy Sunday morning.

It’s been one of your favourites for a reason. ❤️

✨ Behind every pouch of SaChasi tea is... me.

No huge factory. No production line. Just me, a mixing bowl, scales, jars of beautiful ingredients, kilo bags of tea... and usually a playlist that's far heavier than you'd expect. 🎸 (Today's soundtrack? Bad Wolves 🖤)

Every blend is made by hand in small batches. I carefully weigh every ingredient, mix each recipe, and make sure every pouch is something I'd genuinely be excited to brew myself.

One of my favourite parts is watching all the colours come together — deep black tea, delicate petals, dried fruits and spices — before they become a part of someone's cosy evening, slow Sunday morning or thoughtful gift.

It's quite funny really...the outside of the business might look elegant and dainty, but behind the scenes it's just me in my apron, bandana on, sleeves rolled up, surrounded by mountains of tea!

I wouldn't have it any other way 💛

Does anyone else match their teacup to the tea they're about to drink? ☕🌹💕

I can't be the only one!

Sometimes it's the flavours, sometimes it's the colours, and sometimes it's simply the feeling I'm hoping the cup will bring.

For Jammy French Toast tea, I reached for this little teacup. The warm pinks, soft yellows and floral details remind me of strawberry jam, buttered toast and slow Sunday mornings.

Perhaps it's silly...🤭

Or perhaps choosing the teaware is just as much a part of the ritual as choosing the tea 🫖
