We have started calving too 🤩 Most of our highlanders is bred to our shorthorn bull Robin from Lanagalbuinoch 🤗💪🏻

One of our first pure blue lambs born on the farm 🤩 just tup lambs so far which we are very happy with 😁 we will try to keep some of the best tup lambs to use on our own ewes, and hopefully they will be super hardy growing up here 😂💪🏻

That’s us started lambing 😁 Just lambing some inside now in March, and then the outdoor lambing should start beginning of April except for couple of early accident lambers end of March 😅👍🏻 crossing fingers for good lambing weather 🤗👍🏻

Last trial today in the nurseries, and Jock finished 11th, just outside the prizes today. I was so pleased with him today, we lost a few points here and there, but mostly because of me and not jock. He has came such a long way since the beginning and I am so much more confident running him now, and he listened so well today 👍🏻 I missed my second gate and made a bit of a clumsy decision in the shed, but I was so chuffed with our clean pen and that I pushed them back on line for the fetch witch many struggled with 🤗 excited for the next trial now 🤗💖

Advent calendar day 23 🎄 We were lucky enough to have a couple of black mule ewe hoggs last year, and decided to keep them as the kids took a liking to them, and a couple of them had their first lambs in the spring. Alexander is obsessed with black sheep, and because he had some black mules he also wanted some black cheviots 😂
