While we understand that issues and concerns can arise, we will not tolerate threats, abusive language, shouting, intimidation, or unreasonable demands directed at our team members.
Our staff deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect at all times. Any behaviour that makes our employees feel unsafe or uncomfortable may result in service being refused and, where necessary, further action being taken and the police informed
