CALLING ALL MOTHERS ❤️ Many of you know now Cheng & Chen Keyingham is closed on Sundays. However, we have decided to open specially on Mother’s day- Sunday 15th March. We hope to see you soon !!!

Dear Customers,
Our shop in Keyingham will be closed between Sunday 15 Feb to Monday 23 Feb for a short Chinese New Year break and for us to carry out some essential maintenance.
We’ll reopen as normal from Tuesday 24 Feb.

New opening Hours

From January 2026 we’ll be making changes to our opening hours.

Trinity Market - Monday to Saturday 11-30am to 2.30pm
Keyingham - Tuesday to Saturday. 5.15pm -8.15pm

We need a day off!
Having 2 shops with overlapping days has very often meant that our single day off is spent doing a whole myriad of business-related tasks whether it’s prep for the week, admin/bookkeeping, sorting out stock or cleaning.
Very recently we realised that since starting out in hospitality in 2009, we’ve never actually had a Sunday/weekend off as a family except for holidays, the occasional Christmas or breaks but as our kids get older we should now carve out some family time for ourselves especially now as we have such a fantastic and trustworthy team working with us.
We realise it maybe an inconvenience for some of you who like to have a take-out on a Sunday but we will be opening an extra weekday to hopefully make up for it.

It might be a rainy day but we know how to put a smile on your face ☔️ open in Trinity Market for lunch and at our takeaway this evening for your teatime fix!

We are also available at Flying Lotus for fresh noodle salads and banh mi 🥖
