A very difficult decision ❤️
I’ve made the incredibly difficult decision to sell my converted horse trailer due to family reasons.
My little business has taken off massively and has been far more successful than I could ever have imagined. I honestly don’t think I could have asked for a better start to my new business venture. ❤️
The business makes a profit, the food is absolutely delicious (if I do say so myself!), and I’ve been fully booked since June. It’s been an incredible journey, and I’m so proud of what I’ve built.
But what people don’t see is everything that goes on behind the scenes.
Finding and booking events, buying stock, making batter mix, organising and training staff, keeping the trailer maintained and preparing everything for each event — all while working full-time, working in the trailer every weekend, looking after my beautiful daughter Georgia and my Poppy dog.
It’s simply become too much for me and my family, and as hard as it is to let go of something that has been such a huge success, family has to come first. ❤️
This decision isn’t because the business isn’t working — quite the opposite. It has been an incredible success, and I’m so grateful for every single person who has supported me, booked me, bought from me, recommended me, shared my posts and cheered me on.
Thank you so, so much for supporting me and my new business venture. 🥹❤️
Thank you to ALL my beautiful friends, family and husband for your support and help in making my little dream come true.
From the first batter batch to late night test tasting you have all been with me 💔
I’ll always be incredibly proud of what I’ve achieved in such a short space of time, and I hope the trailer can go on to make someone else’s dream come true. 🐴❤️
My converted horse trailer, generator and car is now available for sale. Please share 🙏
