After a few months of trying new dishes and developing the menu, we’ve finally settled on this for festival season.

The scallops, lobster and burgers aren’t going anywhere, so keep an eye on the Dish of the Day board for specials and favorites throughout the season.

ko:te is built around fire cooking. Simple soulful food cooked over fire. Basically European style BBQ - grilled steaks, chicken, mixed grills & seafood.

I’m keen free-diver and dive for scallops or lobster when I get the time. Probably my favourite thing to eat, especially cooked over the coal.

We’re absolutely over the moon to have made the Top 12 in Scotland in our first year of ko:te.

Huge congratulations to .foodtruck and - best of luck in Sheffield! And a special shoutout to too… that smoked pork was one of the best dishes I’ve had in a long time.

Thanks so much for the opportunity and . It was a great weekend and we learned some valuable lessons that will really help shape the concept moving forward.
