A weekend of sun, a demo with a fabulous group of ladies, some day clubbing and of course some work too!

I was delighted to have a demo with these lovely ladies before they went to enjoy the Stereo Lobsters at the club! A strawberry daquri 🍓 to start and then a lovely lunch to follow before we all headed off to the rodeo 🤠👢

A favourite of mine 🤩 So versatile and you can flavour it to your taste. Better than shop bought and you know exactly what you are putting into it.

Sadly the sun didn't stay around and we have now lit the fire 😂 pizza's were still the right call for tea 🙈🍕

The tatties getting peeled never gets old 👌 yes you heard me.
Just pop in the peeling blade, some water and the tatties and 4 minutes later they are done. I left it to do its thing while I got the rest of tea prepped, then I chopped the tatties, steamed them for 23 minutes and mashed them in the thermo in less that 30 seconds. The mash went perfectly with balsamic red onion gravy and Fletts sausages 🤩
