šŸŒ± These Soay sheep have been entirely pasture raised, grazing on herbal grasses and browsing hedgerows. They are kept for at least 18 months, allowing them to mature slowly and take on a deep, rich flavour.
šŸ– Carcass weight is expected to be around 15 kgā€™s for a whole box.
Whole hogget box =Ā£195
Half hogget box = Ā£100
