Mother’s Day! I made this cake for my mum who’s a coeliac and because she’s going away for a few days so she couldn’t take it with her as it’s fresh cream. So I’m going to cut the remainder of the cake and give it away for free. This one is for my gluten free customers, I will put 2 slices in each box.
