Everyone keeps asking how I make the salsas so tasty. Well, it starts with the chargrill, same as the meat and the mushrooms. Guacamole made with awesome avocados and fresh lime,loads of coriander, and heaps of love. Keep it simple,keep it fresh,keep it honest.
