As you can see we have sarnies coming out our ears! 👂🥪

However you say it, tomato or tomato, it’s where you buy them that counts 🍅

These beauties are from the Isle of Wight and deserve an appreciation post. They’re grown in the UK’s sunniest spot, picked at peak ripeness, and bursting with the kind of flavour the “price match” merchants can only dream of.

Supermarkets might say “fresh, local, and organic”, but don’t fall for their bull 💩. They’re shrink-wrapped, flown-in, ripened-in-transit, picked early, chilled hard, and it shows.

Support the growers doing it properly. Your salads and body will thank you 🌿

Hello to all of our new followers 👋 if you’ve not made it down yet here’s what we have in store:

🛒 Organic, seasonal and local groceries, natural wines and ciders, store cupboard essentials, the finest European imports, and even eco cleaning & household goods

☕️ Coffee shop & cafe serving breakfast and lunch until 🕒

We all scream for Ice cream! 🍦 soft serve is now available alongside our usual selection of freezer treats.

Ice cream sandwiches from Happy Endings BTN | Ice Cream & Pudding 🏳️‍🌈 🏳️‍⚧️ 🍦, who make flavours for everyone and every mood, with a process that’s charged with Aussie nostalgia.

Fennell’s ice cream pots bring a welcomed twist to flavour as they marry the quality of Italian Gelato with British tradition, coming from just down the road in Sheffield where they’re handmade.

We’ve also got a couple of flavours from the French custard-style ice cream by Somerset based and family-run, Brickell's Ice Cream

Just fancy some vanilla in a cone, we’ve got our soft-serve machine in-store so get yourself down for some.

Spain have won the World Cup, and we’ve brought some of our favourite parts of their cuisine home to you. Grab a couple of plates, glasses of wine, and make an afternoon of it.
