Yesterday was fantastic. The Ashby Magna Street Fair is a lovely event and my bread sold out so quickly 🤗🫶

Now, I'm preparing for the Love Loughborough Gardeners fair. If you enjoy my bread and buns and you know someone in Loughborough who would appreciate them, please let them know that we'll be in the town centre tomorrow.

Edit- We were in the cattle market, but now we've been moved to the Market place opposite Greggs.

It's Sourdough September.

Upgraded my work space with a Birchwood dough board that was made in Italy...It's so smooth 😍 I'm super excited for my next dough day!
