Among the most revered figures in Swiss wine, Marie-Thérèse Chappaz has helped redefine the reputation of the Valais region on the world stage. Working from her biodynamically farmed vineyards in Fully, she crafts wines of remarkable precision, purity, and sense of place. 🇨🇭

Since taking over her family estate in the late 1980s, Chappaz has become renowned for her meticulous vineyard work, low-intervention winemaking, and unwavering commitment to expressing the unique terroirs of the Alpine Rhône Valley. Her wines combine power with elegance, marrying the intensity of Valais' sun-drenched slopes with striking freshness and mineral tension.

Today, Marie-Thérèse Chappaz is regarded as one of Switzerland's greatest winemakers, producing sought-after wines that are celebrated by collectors, sommeliers, and critics around the world.

Appassimento, “Urban Park”, Montresor
Veneto, Italy - 14% abv

A rich, smooth red made from dried grapes, offering aromas of ripe dark fruit, dried figs, and a touch of spice. The palate is full-bodied with velvety tannins and a long, smooth, and deeply-satisfying finish.

Pairs particularly well with hearty meats, such as roasted lamb or grilled steaks.
